Rolls Royce Phantom Experimental Electric video review

Luxury cards aren't known for giving a damn about planet earth, But the Rolls Royce Phantom Experimental Electric, also known as the 102EX, plans to change that. Running on an electric battery it gives a big hug to mother earth. We made our way to the plush Rolls Royce store in London for a closer look.
